Ludlow leads the way in gastronomic excellence
and boasts more Michelin starred restaurants than anywhere in the UK outside
London! The restaurants with stars include, Hibiscus and Mr Underhill's
and the Waterdine Inn & Restaurant has abib gourmand. The Stag Inn
at Titley, Nr Kington (just over the Herefordshire border) is the first
pub to be awarded a Michelin star, and is also included in the guide.
