Two brothers, a lost key and buried gold are providing the inspiration for half term fun at Stokesay Castle, near Ludlow, where English Heritage will be appealing for help from young treasure hunters with their special family trail!

Bookings are now being accepted for Ludlows exciting new £3 million luxury touring caravan and motorhome park, which will open its gates to customers on Wednesday, May 9.
Shropshires fidget pie takes on regional taste test
A campaign has been launched to pit Shropshires famous fidget pie against other regional delicacies across Britain in a new national competition. Ludlow Food Centre makes the pie, which includes gammon, onions, apples and cider. Bosses say it should go head-to-head with other foods which are tied to a particular region or area, such as the Cornish pasty.
5 Star Eaton Cottage: Private Swimming Pool Opening in April
April will see the opening of Eaton Cottage's private swimming pool. Situated in the grounds, it is a covered, heated 7m x 4m pool and is exclusively for use by guests staying at Eaton Cottage. The pool will be open April to October

Shropshire Council currently operates a scheme where they can provide cycle stands for private landowners to collect and install, if they operate buildings open to members of the public.
Shropshire and Herefordshire Business Enterprise Fund - News from Tim King
Shropshire and Herefordshire Councils have secured European Regional Development Funding to run the Business Enterprise Fund jointly, with £500,000 available in each county for start ups and businesses to bid into over the next three years. For individuals wanting to start up a business, capital grants are available for up to 50%
