Brochure available.Our select holiday cottages are in the grounds of the owner's large detached Victorian house close to the centre of the small, market town of Bishop's Castle and the historic Three Tuns Brewery and public house. The accommodation is ideally located for exploring Shropshire, Herefordshire and Mid Wales. Medieval towns of Ludlow and Shrewsbury, the world famous Ironbridge and the walking country of Offa's Dyke, Longmynd, Stiperstones and Wenlock Edge are but a short drive away. Activities including fishing, gliding and horse riding are close by.
GROOM'S RESIDENCE: Beamed lounge with cosy fireplace and dining area, small kitchen and downstairs shower room. A pretty double bedroom is on the first floor.
COACH HOUSE: Adjoining the Groom's Residence, this property has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Large lounge, dining kitchen and downstairs shower room.
These two properties are a unique coach house conversion, the Groom's Residence being a small, romantic hideaway for two, whereas the Coach House is suitable for a small party or family.
The cottages offer comfortable and well equipped accommodation with TV, DVD and microwave. A cot, high chair and baby sitting are available on request. We have laundry facilities and off road private parking. There is a large garden and several patio areas for guests use. SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RENT ARE: All bed linen and towels, gas, electricity, hot water and central heating.
Local services, shops and public houses are close by and a new sports and leisure centre have recently opened. The town has several restaurants offering a wide selection of food and drink.

Directions
From Shrewsbury and the A5: Take the A488 Bishop's Castle road (approx 20 miles). On reaching the Bishop's Castle town sign, turn right, up the hill and right again into Bull Lane. 30 yards on, the property is the first on the left signed Claremont Holiday Cottages. From Craven Arms and the A49: Take the A489 signed Bishop's Castle and follow the above directions after passing the Bishop's Castle town sign.
